Senior Manager, Fraud Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Senior Manager, Fraud Analytics to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for owning the full fraud lifecycle, designing AI-enabled detection strategies, and presenting risk exposure to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, deploy, and optimize fraud detection rules and thresholds to maximize catch rates while minimizing friction
• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled fraud use cases, ensuring solutions are analytically sound and value-accretive
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and develop executive dashboards covering fraud metrics

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in fraud analytics, fraud strategy, or payments risk within fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
• Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing fraud detection rules or model-driven thresholds
• Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write complex queries and perform data troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with order-level fraud review and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to build risk reporting and stakeholder dashboards, presenting findings to technical peers and senior leadership
