Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Fraud Operations & Loss Prevention, Digital Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Fraud Operations & Loss Prevention team, ensuring objectives and project targets are met
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance servicing effectiveness and support the implementation of new products and services
- Supervise team members, managing performance through development and coaching
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Fraud Operations or Deposit Loss Prevention within financial services
- Minimum of 7 years of team management experience
- At least one professional accreditation in the payments or fraud field required
- Strong project management skills and ability to analyze market research and customer feedback
