Job Summary

Leading the design and scaling of capability programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Frontline Capability will ensure operational performance across maintenance, engineering, and janitorial services while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and evolution of frontline capability programs focused on maintenance and engineering competency development
  • Own the enterprise rollout strategy for capability programs, ensuring effective field adoption and measurable improvements
  • Serve as a strategic partner to COEs and Account Teams, capturing and institutionalizing best practices into enterprise capability programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations Enablement, Engineering, Maintenance, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • Strong experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations
  • Demonstrated success in designing and deploying programs across multi-site operations
  • Experience translating technical standards into scalable training and capability programs
  • Working knowledge of maintenance operations, asset reliability, and CMMS systems
