Senior Manager, G&A Finance

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic co-pilot to G&A department leaders, the full-time Senior Manager, G&A Finance will partner with operational leadership to identify, size, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that drive cost reduction and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to G&A department heads, contributing to operational planning and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Identify and prioritize value-creating initiatives across G&A departments using financial models and structured frameworks
• Communicate financial recommendations effectively to operational leaders, ensuring alignment with their goals and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency in Pigment, including model-building and dashboard design
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch and communicate assumptions clearly
• Proven experience as a strategic partner to operational leaders
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, comfortable presenting to C-suite leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
