Senior Manager, GEO Strategy

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives across marketing and operations, the full-time remote Senior Manager, GEO Strategy will orchestrate Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy and activation for the RDBU and Global brand portfolio, ensuring alignment and execution of marketing actions across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate enterprise GEO strategy into actionable priorities for RDBU and Global brands, escalating cross-portfolio decisions as necessary
• Utilize GEO platform outputs to identify opportunities and implement actions across marketing, digital experiences, and communications
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and drive completion of strategic actions

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or an Associate's degree and 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related fields
• Experience leading global or regional pharmaceutical marketing and commercial operations initiatives
• Working knowledge of AI-powered search, GEO and SEO principles, and digital discoverability
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed organization
• Experience managing agencies or strategic partners with effective communication skills
