Job Summary
Leading the development of localized, store-specific recommendations, the full-time Senior Manager Geospatial Analytics will combine geospatial intelligence and shopper behavior to drive category growth and sales, working remotely while serving as a subject matter expert on store clustering and localized opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain store-level clustering strategies informed by shopper behavior and market trends
- Leverage data sources to create micro-assortment recommendations based on store-specific insights
- Analyze market data to identify localized opportunities that influence category strategy and assortment decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Analytics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Significant experience in geospatial analytics, retail analytics, or related commercial strategy roles
- Experience using Placer.ai or similar mobility/location intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of trade area analytics and localized retail strategy
- Proven ability to convert complex analyses into actionable business recommendations
