Senior Manager Global Alliances

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth and partner engagement, the full-time Senior Manager Global Alliances will execute alliance strategies, enhance partner-led revenue, and coordinate global account mappings while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy to support partner planning, sales acceleration, and pipeline generation
• Lead initiatives to increase partner-initiated deals by promoting Rubrik's technologies within the partner ecosystem
• Facilitate account mappings and qualification meetings to convert target accounts into successful POCs and closed deals

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets, with experience in Backup and Recovery solutions
• Proven track record in supporting pipeline generation and executing alliance programs within partner ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to identify and support deal closures in collaboration with account teams
• Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders and partner audiences
• Established network within the alliance and channel partner landscape
