Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and compliant program execution
- Oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
- Manage global benefits programs, focusing on competitiveness and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of global employment laws and benefits administration best practices
- Experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP
- Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and SHRM-SCP or SPHR
