Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and compliant program execution
  • Oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
  • Manage global benefits programs, focusing on competitiveness and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws and benefits administration best practices
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and SHRM-SCP or SPHR
