Senior Manager, Global Benefits

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. health and welfare benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide strategic guidance for non-U.S. benefits programs in collaboration with regional teams
• Lead the U.S. annual open enrollment process and manage benefits budgets for financial sustainability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience managing health and welfare benefits, with expertise in U.S. programs
• Exposure to international benefits programs strongly preferred
• CEBS or CBP designation preferred
