Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global benefits strategy, including design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits
  • Oversee leave administration and serve as a liaison for employee leave matters
  • Administer HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
  • Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • HR Certifications - SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred
