Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global benefits strategy, including design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits
- Oversee leave administration and serve as a liaison for employee leave matters
- Administer HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
- Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- HR Certifications - SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred
