Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee US self-insured medical, prescription drug, and dental programs, managing relationships with benefits vendors
  • Lead annual plan design review, open enrollment processes, and develop employee-centered communication strategies
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Total Rewards to manage global consultant relationships and optimize global benefits strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive benefits experience with a focus on US self-insured health plans
  • 2+ years of global benefits administration experience
  • CEBS or CBP designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits regulatory compliance including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
