Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee US self-insured medical, prescription drug, and dental programs, managing relationships with benefits vendors
- Lead annual plan design review, open enrollment processes, and develop employee-centered communication strategies
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Total Rewards to manage global consultant relationships and optimize global benefits strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive benefits experience with a focus on US self-insured health plans
- 2+ years of global benefits administration experience
- CEBS or CBP designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of US benefits regulatory compliance including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
