Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the design and implementation of compensation programs, analyzing metrics for decision-making
• Manage a team of compensation professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compensation solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing global compensation programs, including M&A integration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus
• Strong proficiency in compensation tools and HRIS platforms, with advanced Excel skills
