Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation programs, analyzing metrics for decision-making
- Manage a team of compensation professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compensation solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing global compensation programs, including M&A integration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus
- Strong proficiency in compensation tools and HRIS platforms, with advanced Excel skills
