Senior Manager, Global Credit

Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Global Controller, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Credit will manage the Accounts Receivable function, driving collections performance and overseeing credit assessments while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Process Owner for Accounts Receivable, overseeing credit, invoicing, collections, and cash application processes
• Lead and develop Local and International AR teams to achieve performance goals and maintain excellent customer service
• Drive global AR process improvements and ensure compliance with AR SOX Controls and reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years managing Global Credit and Collections operations
• Experience in a large publicly traded company with a global presence preferred
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 and familiarity with Get Paid/Ariba Portal
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing productivity in the AR/Credit/Collections function
