Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to hire, develop, and build a technical team
  • Participate in regular operational reviews to identify problems and gaps in service delivery
  • Manage customer escalations and dissatisfaction issues for customer accounts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a customer support manager role
  • Experience managing Enterprise support in a large and complex environment
  • Proven capability of delivering on support metrics and managing a support team to high productivity
  • Experience with LMS is a plus
