Senior Manager, Global Enablement

Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Senior Manager, Global Enablement will oversee the content governance system, manage global program execution, and ensure effective communications management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the content ecosystem, ensuring assets are current and findable while partnering with instructional designers
• Execute enablement programs to build and sustain field skills across regions, managing timelines and tracking outcomes
• Oversee operational execution of field communications, ensuring timely publication and consistency with go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue programs, or GTM operations with team management experience
• Demonstrated program management skills, capable of running multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience in change management, supporting fields through motion changes and strategic pivots
• Familiarity with enablement tools and content platforms, including content management systems and LMS platforms
• Genuine AI fluency and understanding of agentic systems, with a vision for future enablement strategies
