Senior Manager, Global Feasibility

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of feasibility strategies, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Global Feasibility will manage direct reports, oversee country and site identification for clinical studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality feasibility activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance reviews, career progression, and training for direct reports while overseeing feasibility processes
• Lead activities related to country and site identification, feasibility assessments, and selection within clinical studies
• Facilitate data collection and synthesis to provide actionable feasibility recommendations and improve study execution

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
