Senior Manager, Global M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Distribution M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the M&A lifecycle from due diligence to full integration across Sales and Post Sales
• Establish interim operations to support deal thesis and manage requirements through go-live
• Build relationships with executives and drive outcomes across a multi-product acquisition portfolio

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in strategy and/or M&A
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and lead to cash process
• Proficient with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies across Sales and Professional Services
