Senior Manager, Global Mobility

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Mobility - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage global mobility policies and procedures for assignments and relocations
• Act as a point of contact for employees undergoing domestic relocations and international assignments, providing guidance on various aspects
• Manage relationships with external vendors, oversee immigration processes, and maintain accurate records of global mobility activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in global mobility within a global, matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility best practices
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Workday
