Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Global Payroll to lead and evolve payroll operations across a multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for global entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and serve as the escalation point for payroll issues
• Lead process improvements and support payroll aspects of acquisitions and expansions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global payroll leadership
• Proven experience managing payroll across multiple countries
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience with modern HRIS and payroll systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
