Senior Manager, Global PMO

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide project delivery governance, the full-time Senior Manager, Global PMO will manage the GPMO operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering stakeholder engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day GPMO operations in alignment with the 4D delivery framework
• Support enterprise demand management and provide consolidated portfolio reporting to senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and ensure effective communication on project status and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Program Management or PMO leadership roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and governance models
• Hands-on experience with portfolio management tools, such as Smartsheet
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable qualification is desirable
