Senior Manager Global Trade Compliance

Job Summary

Driving international trade compliance and logistics performance, the full-time Senior Manager Global Trade Compliance will oversee compliance with trade regulations, optimize import/export processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the global supply network in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance with international trade programs and manage customs policies and procedures
• Own relationships with logistics partners and design strategies for cost-effective transportation
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives for customs compliance and logistics performance

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in global customs, trade compliance, and international logistics
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships
• Deep knowledge of global trade regulations, incoterms, and customs programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems and data visualization tools
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
