Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Finance will manage top-line financial modeling, including bookings forecasting and revenue analysis, while working remotely and leading a direct report.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the company's end-to-end top-line modeling stack, including bookings forecasting and ARR bridge management
• Partner with RevOps to maintain revenue forecasts and sales capacity models, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as the primary financial liaison with senior leadership, translating revenue analytics into strategic narratives for executive audiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7-12 years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or RevOps with a focus on financial modeling in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to build ARR bridges and revenue forecasts from inception at a $100M+ ARR scale
• Expertise in revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 and familiarity with multi-type software revenue contracts
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
