Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Manager, Go-to-Market FP&A to serve as the primary finance business partner for executive leadership, focusing on financial leadership, forecasting, and performance management in a full-time remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted finance advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders, providing actionable insights on growth opportunities and operational performance
- Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities for go-to-market organizations, including sales capacity and compensation planning
- Deliver insightful analysis of revenue performance and drive accountability against targets while enhancing reporting and planning processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level business leaders in a finance business partner capacity
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for distilling complex concepts into clear recommendations
