Senior Manager, Governance & Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Controls & Governance to lead operational controls for fiber construction programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement governance and controls frameworks for OSP delivery
• Build and manage a team of control PMs, ensuring accountability and performance discipline
• Design dashboards for real-time performance visibility and establish KPI frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years in networking, telecom, or infrastructure deployment
• At least five (5) years in senior program or governance leadership roles
• Experience in building operational controls and reporting frameworks
• Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
