Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Government Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with policymakers to enhance the company's role as a partner with government
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze the impact of federal legislative and regulatory issues
- Drive the development and execution of long-term policy and advocacy goals, including public and regulatory policy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years' experience in government relations, policy development, and analysis
- 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment or related field
- Extensive knowledge of federal legislative and regulatory processes
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Government Affairs, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field
- Experience in legislative strategy and managing outside lobbyists
