Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Government & Industry Affairs Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of external lobbying contractors, ensuring activities are tracked and delivered
- Support compliance for lobbying activities, overseeing registrations, disclosures, and state and federal requirements
- Establish a centralized system for legislative tracking, reporting, and key activities across the lobbying network
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, lobbying operations, or regulatory affairs
- Experience in fast-moving, high-growth, or highly regulated industries
- Strong multi-state coordination skills managing complex networks of external partners
- Proven ability to create structure and organization in operational processes
- Experience in vendor and contract management, ensuring accountability and performance assessment
