Senior Manager, Government Contracts

Job Summary

To support strategic government initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Government Contracts will lead contract execution across high-priority projects, ensuring alignment of contractual obligations with operational realities while managing a team of contract professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract execution across the portfolio of strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment of contractual obligations and business objectives
• Partner with various departments to proactively identify contractual risks and support successful program outcomes
• Lead the development of contract management strategies and processes to improve visibility and execution across initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10-15 years of experience managing complex U.S. Government contracts
• Demonstrated experience leading contract execution for large government programs
• Experience in supporting commercial software or SaaS companies selling to the federal government
• Deep knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and contract lifecycle management
