Senior Manager Government Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Government Program Operations (Exchange).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Government Programs support for Exchange business functions including claims adjudication and regulatory reporting
• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements impacting Exchange Programs and maintain the EDGE pharmacy submission playbook
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze regulatory changes and manage timely responses to client requests

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Prescription Benefit Management and/or Health Plan experience supporting Exchange plans
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange regulatory requirements and associated workflows
• Proven success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities
