Senior Manager, Government Programs

Job Summary

To support the growth of government programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Government Programs will manage the execution of contracts, oversee software and engineering service delivery, and maintain customer relationships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution on U.S. government programs, including scope, schedule, cost, and post-award relationships
• Manage programs that deliver a combination of software and engineering services, ensuring successful outcomes for government customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and prime partners, managing expectations and building trust

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing U.S. government programs post-award with accountability for outcomes
• Direct experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing technical staff for program delivery
• Technical background sufficient to evaluate engineering talent and engage with government customers
• Familiarity with U.S. government contracting vehicles and program structures
• Clearance-eligible, with an active clearance being a plus
