Senior Manager Government Programs

Job Summary

Leading the operational oversight of Exchange lines of business, the full-time Senior Manager Government Programs will manage regulatory compliance, claims operations, and audit readiness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Government Programs support for Exchange operations, including claims adjudication and regulatory reporting
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance for Exchange programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and implement federal and state regulatory requirements impacting Exchange operations

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Prescription Benefit Management and/or Health Plan supporting Exchange programs
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Subject matter expertise in Exchange regulatory requirements and operational workflows
• Proven experience with regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
