Job Summary
Leading a global team of Enablement Business Partners, the full-time remote Senior Manager, GPS Enablement will drive strategy and culture, champion AI innovation, and ensure cross-functional alignment to enhance skill development and field readiness across Salesforce's Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit business units.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 globally distributed Enablement Business Partners, ensuring high performance and talent retention
- Own and evolve the GPS master enablement strategy and oversee the execution of region- and role-specific enablement programs
- Align initiatives with business outcomes to improve seller productivity and compliance, utilizing data insights for reporting
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in sales enablement, field readiness, or program management in a B2B enterprise tech environment
- 3+ years of people management experience leading distributed or global enablement teams
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales enablement lifecycle, including onboarding and compliance
- Strong seller mindset with the ability to translate complex content into actionable training
- Data fluency, with experience using Tableau/CRM Analytics for executive reporting
