Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multifunctional team to execute across the full automation lifecycle
• Create alignment on technical strategy and execution plans for automating grocery operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of Hardware Deployment or Operational experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a multifunctional organization
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
• Experience working directly with third parties, hardware engineers, and business operations
