Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth & Performance Marketing - Beauty (Contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns to meet aggressive KPIs
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives for campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue through paid media and digital channels
• Expertise with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
