Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end contract operations process, including platform administration and workflows
• Manage contract drafting, redlining, and execution while ensuring smooth documentation across functions
• Drive data analysis to uncover bottlenecks and inform process improvements for strategic growth

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in growth operations or revenue operations with leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience in contract operations and familiarity with CLM platforms, preferably Ironclad
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across departments and deliver critical business outcomes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
