Senior Manager, Growth Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM architecture improvements to enhance efficiency across Growth and Customer Success
• Define the systems integration roadmap and manage deal pipeline forecasting infrastructure
• Extend CRM architecture to support post-sale operations and partner with Customer Success leadership on client reporting infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related fields
• Advanced experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills, particularly in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, preferably Ironclad or DocuSign
• Familiarity with value-based care or healthcare technology environments is preferred
