Senior Manager GTM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM (Fintech).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive demand generation initiatives to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets through various marketing channels
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and support product launches
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts and provide insights to the executive team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as a marketing leader, preferably in vertical SaaS
• Experience in building and managing large globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and digital marketing tools
• Strong experience in branding, positioning, and market messaging
