Senior Manager, GTM Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time remote Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics will set strategic and analytical direction for business intelligence, ensuring consistent performance measurement across the organization while acting as a primary analytical partner for various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy analytics, integrating pre-sales and post-sales performance metrics
• Build and lead a team of BI professionals, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and career development
• Establish analytical standards and frameworks for performance measurement and executive-facing analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business analysis or BI experience, including decision-making and financial models
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team of analytics or BI professionals
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Replit, and Tableau (or equivalent) for data analysis and visualization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining strong talent
