Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
  • Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and understand business risks
  • Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
