- Develop and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformations
- Ability to build strong relationships and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and understand business risks
- Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
