Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of industry expertise with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
  • Experience with compensation design in SaaS sales or transformation environments
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior leaders
  • Strong problem-solving skills using data and understanding business risks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
