Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Compensation Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the GTM Incentive Compensation Program, ensuring a high-quality user experience
- Define and implement GTM Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process automation and improve data transparency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Incentive Compensation programs in the High-Tech sector
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end GTM Incentive Compensation process flow
- Practical knowledge of business and system interdependencies within the compensation process
- Familiarity with sales territory and coverage planning methodologies
- Experience with common ICM platforms such as Anaplan, Callidus, or Xactly
