A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Compensation Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GTM Incentive Compensation Program, ensuring a high-quality user experience
• Define and implement GTM Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process automation and improve data transparency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Incentive Compensation programs in the High-Tech sector
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end GTM Incentive Compensation process flow
• Practical knowledge of business and system interdependencies within the compensation process
• Familiarity with sales territory and coverage planning methodologies
• Experience with common ICM platforms such as Anaplan, Callidus, or Xactly
