Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Compensation Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the GTM Incentive Compensation Program, ensuring reliable program execution
  • Define and implement GTM Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management processes
  • Enhance process automation and operational efficiencies in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Incentive Compensation programs in the High-Tech sector
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end GTM Incentive Compensation process flow
  • Familiarity with sales territory and coverage planning methodologies
  • Experience with common ICM platforms such as Anaplan, Callidus, or Xactly
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
