Job Summary

Owning the strategy and implementation of incentive compensation and quota across Sales and Customer Success organizations, the full-time remote Senior Manager GTM Compensation will design competitive compensation plans that align with business performance and drive measurable revenue results.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of incentive compensation plans, including quota mechanics and accelerators
  • Manage quota-setting processes, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation plans incentivize desired revenue, retention, and growth outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Compensation within Enterprise Software or Technology
  • Proven experience designing compensation plans for diverse go-to-market motions
  • Management consulting background in compensation strategy or sales effectiveness strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of people management experience with expert Excel modeling skills
