Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Compensation Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GTM Incentive Compensation Program to ensure reliable program execution
• Define and implement GTM Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management processes
• Enhance process automation and operational efficiencies in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience managing Incentive Compensation programs in the High-Tech sector
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end GTM Incentive Compensation process flow
• Practical knowledge of business and system interdependencies within the compensation process
• Familiarity with sales territory and coverage planning methodologies
• Experience with ICM platforms such as Anaplan, Callidus, or Xactly is essential
