Senior Manager, GTM Enablement

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between product and commercial teams, the remote Senior Manager, GTM Enablement will architect a scalable enablement engine, translating complex technical product information into high-impact training programs for Sales and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex product briefs into digestible enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to ensure comprehensive product understanding
• Design and deliver learning paths, certification programs, and workshops that enhance product knowledge retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, or related L&D functions
• Strong preference for candidates with SaaS expertise and an understanding of product release cycles
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into commercial insights
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and enablement scaling
• Strong grasp of instructional design and modern adult learning principles
