Senior Manager GTM Finance

Job Summary

To drive business performance, the full-time Senior Manager GTM Finance will serve as a strategic financial partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service organizations, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service leadership to influence decision-making and strategy
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, developing detailed financial models to support GTM planning and resource allocation
• Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance financial processes and improve analytical capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in a finance business partner or FP&A role
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service organizations
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics and tools within a finance context
