Key Responsibilities

  • Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in partnership with Finance and HR
  • Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
  • Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Ability to build strong relationships and present to senior leaders
  • Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and understanding business risks
