Senior Manager, GTM Operations

Job Summary

To help scale and optimize the global Education business, the full-time Senior Manager, GTM Operations will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance go-to-market strategies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the GTM Operations team to support global Education initiatives
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity across global teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a technology or software company
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational improvements
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
• Experience with CRM and business systems platforms commonly used in SaaS environments
