Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enablement GTM Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Programs team, managing enablement program managers to design and deliver scalable programs
• Collaborate with various departments to identify enablement needs and measure program impact
• Own the strategy and execution of key GTM initiatives, including onboarding and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement or GTM strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in designing and scaling enablement programs across large organizations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to measure program impact
• Experience managing high-performing teams of enablement program managers or GTM professionals
