Senior Manager GTM Strategy

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Manager GTM Strategy, the successful candidate will lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally on high-impact initiatives, and ensure accountability for business outcomes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy design for growth initiatives, including positioning and selling AI capabilities
• Architect the evolution of the GTM model by optimizing structure and routes to market
• Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability for results

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS GTM strategy or management consulting focused on Sales/GTM engagements
• 5+ years of experience in taking GTM strategy from design to global scale, including structuring experiments and measuring impact
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with GTM and data platforms/tools, with proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Experience designing or operationalizing AI-driven workflows for GTM use cases is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of strategic dependencies across GTM functions and the role of AI and automation in enhancing these functions
