Senior Manager, GTM Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, GTM Systems who will lead a team to optimize revenue growth through effective management of GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a growing team
• Define and execute the GTM systems roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own optimization and configuration of core GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems management roles within SaaS or high-growth technology environments
• Experience in a people manager role preferred
• Deep expertise in core revenue technologies including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)
• Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing revenue technology stacks at scale
• Ability to develop and execute long-term system architectures and roadmaps
